Cancellation Policy: To ensure fairness and effective scheduling, the following cancellation policy applies to all appointments: 1. Deposit Requirement A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment if you had no showed your appointment before. This deposit will be applied toward your total balance. 2. Late Cancellations Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time will be considered a late cancellation. In the event of a late cancellation, the deposit will be forfeited and cannot be applied to future services. 3. No-Shows If you fail to show up for your appointment without prior notice, this will be treated as a no-show. No-shows result in full forfeiture of your deposit, and additional fees may apply before rebooking. 4. Late Arrival: Please call if running late: 740-591-5020 Clients arriving more than 20-30 minutes late may forfeit their appointment slot at the discretion of the provider. In such cases, the deposit will be retained and a new deposit may be required to reschedule. 5. Exceptions We understand that emergencies happen. Please contact me as soon as possible in the event of an emergency. Exceptions may be granted on a case-by-case basis at our discretion. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation policy.
